Green economy, soft tourism, sustainable mobility or effective climate protection: we are committed to the sustainable and future-oriented development of the Alpine region.

Your donation helps us...

...in our communication: we communicate in several languages, informatively and with a high public profile. We publicise exemplary projects, criticise undesirable developments and introduce innovative actors.

...in networking: We connect people, projects and organisations across linguistic, cultural, geographical and political borders.

...in political work: We put pressure on politics, business and administration and work in politically relevant committees.

...in action: With our projects, we in turn encourage others to implement their own projects.

Young Glacier Voices
Young Glacier Voices
The glaciers in the Alps are melting at an ever-increasing rate. The Erasmus+ project “Young Glacier Voices” is making the consequences of the climate crisis tangible and encouraging young people to use their voices to call for more climate protection.
Alpine Spatial Planning: Spatial planning perspectives for overcoming conflicts of use in the context of the energy transition
Alpine Spatial Planning: Spatial planning perspectives for overcoming conflicts of use in the context of the energy transition
The proceedings of the CIPRA Annual Conference 2025 summarise the participatively developed results, conclusions, and normative policy and planning recommendations on the role of Alpine spatial planning in the context of current EU requirements for nature restoration and the expansion of renewable energies.
MultiBios
MultiBios

The international project MultiBios is working together with biosphere parks to explore how affected communities and regions can better prepare for multiple climate risks.
